Established in 1981 at No. 20 Duke Street, Warrenpoint, Bradley NI has now become Warrenpoint's longest established Estate Agency.
Our decision to locate in Warrenpoint has provided business opportunities far and beyond our expectations. We did anticipate that Warrenpoint had the potential to grow and grow, particularly in the private sector development market. How right we were!
Within a very short time of opening our office, we were appointed selling agents by most of the leading residential developers in the Warrenpoint, Burren and Rostrevor areas. This side of our business later expanded to developments in Newry, Rathfriland, Kilkeel and villages in between.
The location of our estate agents office has also proved to be a distinct advantage to those selling homes in the area. We are accessible to our customers seven days a week, 24 hours per day if necessary. We pride ourselves on providing a dedicated, personal and confidential service
As the popularity of the district increased, our office has often been the first port of call for those seeking to locate in the area. It makes sense that those looking for a property in the Warrenpoint area call first with a Warrenpoint Estate Agent.
This could be summed up in a few words: BUYERS SEE US FIRST!
