Who is NHBC?
The National House-Building Council (NHBC) is the UK's leading independent provider of warranty and insurance for new-build homes, covering roughly 70-80% of the market.
Their warranty and insurance policies cover newly built homes providing protection against builder insolvency, a builder warranty and then a period of insurance against certain problems with your home.
Their purpose is to raise standards in house building by championing high-quality homes and protecting homeowners. It's who they are. It's what they do.
