    Our Area Price Tracker

Buying a house is probably the biggest financial commitment you'll make in your life and you deserve to be informed and have confidence in every decision you make along the way.

That's why we're introducing PropertyPal's new Price Tracker; showing you local property prices across almost 80 electoral areas in Northern Ireland and tracking prices from 2005 to the present day.

This is the only place where you'll find this level of information on local house prices and market trends, empowering your choices when it comes to buying and selling.

    Trend Setting

On each Property listing you'll find a new Area Price Tracker tab, which shows you the median transaction price of a home in this area, along with the number of homes sold in this area.

You'll be able to track the prices for all house types (detached, semi-detached, terrace, apartment) from 2005 and see how this particular house compares to the wider area.

You'll love this if: You're a potential buyer who wants to know what you're likely to pay in a certain area, or if you're a homeowner who wants to understand the potential value of your property.

    Property Hotspots

As well as price trends, we're also showing you sales data - how many homes have sold in a certain area, every year from 2005. We rank the popularity of the location against others within the larger 'council area' to help you understand sales activity and overall demand.

You'll love this if: You're a potential buyer moving to a new area, wanting to gauge demand, or a homeowner who wants to know how popular your home might be if you were to sell.
