In advance of the next release, you must have the following information/documents ready in order to be pre qualified to reserve a new home prior to general release (subject to booking procedure):
- Mortgage or decision in principle (proof from your lender);
- Deposit confirmation (official bank statement or similar);
- Solicitor’s details.
