The house has it’s own unique Co-working area ideal for those who work remotely or working at home during Covid.

Bode Rooms offers hotel quality rooms at rent friendly rates to provide spaces that you’ll be proud to call home. We offer one simple bill which includes rent and all amenities including superfast wifi & Netflix.

The house is located in the popular Lisburn Road area with street parking and transport links to the city centre with Adelaide train station and the metro bus stop within a two minute walk. There is also a Tesco at the top of the street and M&S within a 10 walk. The Lisburn Road also has some of Belfast's most popular cafes, bars & restaurants.

We offer one simple bill including all amenities including superfast broadband and Netflix. 

Minimum tenancy is 6 months and we can accept applications from working professionals from 21-40 years old. 

A deposit of £150 is required and rent is payable at the start of each month.
