Beautiful ground floor apartment comfortably sleeping 5 people with sea-views located in popular seaside town of Portrush. The property is situated a two minute walk to the gorgeous west strand beach. Portrush is full of shops, bars and restaurants all of which are within walking distance to the property. It is a 5 minute walk along the promenade to the town centre of Portrush and a 3 mile walk to Portstewart, along the coastal footpath/cycle lane.

The apartment is ground floor has 2 bedrooms, one en-suite kingsize bed room with fold out single camp bed (upon request at time of booking) and one double/single bunk. The kitchen/dining area is open planned and is fully equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave. Also supplied is a large plasma screen TV.  There is one main bathroom with shower and separate bath.

The lounge area has ample sofas (including one sofa bed upon request), a large dining table with chairs, sideboard and there is also a breakfast bar table with stools.

There is a gas fire and Wifi throughout.

Small non-shedding dogs can be requested at time of booking.

Extra people (for sofa bed and small camp bed) can be possible upon request for additional charge.

Bedlinen & towels optional for £50.

Available from April 2023 onwards.

3 night minimum low season and weeks only operating with changeover day as Friday.
