TLT Property Management was created by Trevor after several years of working in the industry and under different styles of management, that included &ldquo;The Good, The Bad &amp; The Terrible!&rdquo;

When the opportunity arose in 2010 for Trevor to develop his own company he seized the opportunity and has never looked back. The company has grown from strength to strength year on year and finally, Trevor is able to offer a style of management which he believes should be the proper way to manage properties with: Integrity, Transparency &amp; Openness.

The testimonial to their success as managing agents is the retention of all their properties year on year, where previously some of the blocks which they now manage, regularly changed managing agents, they have retained TLT Property Management since 2010 as their preferred managing agent!

From&nbsp;1 April 2013 it is now a legal requirement that all tenant deposits are lodged and registered with 1 of 3 government approved &amp; appointed companies, at TLT Property Management, all our tenant deposits are registered with The Tenancy Deposit Scheme Ni (TDSNI) and we do not charge you for protecting your deposit. &nbsp;
