Founded in 2005 By husband and wife team Ciara and Colin Moran Property People Estate agents began on the Antrim Road, Belfast.↵↵Property People continued to enjoy success and opened a second branch on The Ormeau Road of South Belfast. ↵↵We are currently one of the market leaders in the Belfast residential sales, rentals and within the property management market.↵↵2016 saw the opening of our 3rd branch in the Clogher Valley in the village of Augher County Tyrone.↵↵This branch has benefited from new areas of property sales and letting such agricultural land, farms, development sites and new residential developments.↵↵Around this time we gained Ciara Moran's two brothers Jarlath and Finbarr Daly bringing with them skills and experience from the construction, development and infrastructure. This branch served to cater for all needs and requirements, with many private lettings and sales as well as options for tenants receiving housing benefit. In 2010, despite a shrinking property market, Property People Estate Agents enjoyed continued success and opened a second branch on Ormeau Road in South Belfast. This branch consists of a team of specialised agents who are knowledgeable of the student housing market, Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMO's), as well as all matters in relation to sales, lettings and property management.
