 &bull; Internet listing of your property on three websites (minimum)
 &bull; Accompanied viewings (including evenings and weekends) if requested
 &bull; Access to all potential buyers on our extensive mailing list
 &bull; Access to solicitors, surveyors and tradesmen panels if you require

Rentals

We aim to find the perfect tenant for your property through a strict formulated process:

 &bull; Landlord valuation and quotation
 &bull; Colour brochures and digital photography of your property
 &bull; "TO LET" board
 &bull; Internet listing of your property on three websites (minimum)
 &bull; Accompanied viewing on all appointments
 &bull; Tenant identity collections
 &bull; Guarantor forms and interview
 &bull; Standing order arranged between banks for rent collection
 &bull; Deposits collected
 &bull; Legal binding lease agreement signed and witnessed

Maintenance

A team of highly qualified and certified tradesmen and women are available to carry out any and all aspects of domestic work to your property, from cleaning for a new tenant arrival to extensive building construction requirements.
