Down Property Services is a small letting agency based in Newcastle Co Down. We manage houses from Kilkeel to Lisburn and all areas in between.
 I am a sole trader going into my 8 th year of business and as such there is a real personal feel to the process.
 I guide both tenants and landlords through this sometimes-stressful process. I pride myself on working with landlords and tenants and getting to know them and make this process as pain free as possible. In working with landlords and tenants my business has a family feel to it.
 We work with landlords to find the most suitable tenant for their properties some of which are family properties and landlords are very attached to. Therefore, this process can be stressful.
 At Down Property Services, I pride myself on finding the right tenant for the property and hope that shows in my business.
 Whether you want to discuss a new or existing property my door is always open usually with a cup of tea and chat and through this I feel both my landlords and tenants are part of the Down Property Services family
