Fabulous, modern, bungalow recently renovated for summer 2018. It is set in a quiet residential area of Portstewart, just minutes away from the promenade, where you will find a great variety of cafes and local amenities. The strand beach is also just a 5 minute walk away as well as the cliff path. This bungalow has stunning panoramic views of the beach and Donegal headland.

Further down the hall are two king-size bedrooms and one twin bedroom with pocket sprung beds set against beautiful, wood panelled walls.  Complete with all new bedside tables, wall lights and bedroom furniture, the decor is simply stunning. 

The property has a stunning studio with panoramic sea-views and a beautiful, re-claimed wooded floor. The steps take you onto the elevated decking which continues down to a private patio area and garden. The garden is fully equipped with a BBQ and garden furniture to make the most of the great outdoors and breath-taking views this property has to offer.

This simple, stylish, contemporary property has been finished to an extremely high standard, it is  very comfortable with soft muted tones throughout making it a perfect, relaxing, seaside escape. The attention to detail from the plates in the kitchen to the bedlinen thread count is exemplary.  The pillows and duvets are all brand new and of a high standard. The kitchen is designer and has a white carrara granite work-top with all integrated appliances. In the garage you will find the washing machine, tumble drier and hanging/ drying area for all beach wear.  

£185.00 per night minimum 2 night stay off peak only.

Minimum 4 night stay from June - Sep / Easter and NW200.

The weekly rental July and August 2021  £1295.00 per week including all new bedlinen and towels. Beach towels are also available at the property upon request.
