<p>We maintain close links with major UK and International surveying firms.Our international association with Jones Lang LaSalle originated with King Sturge in 2000, and the firm is now the JLL Alliance Partner in Northern Ireland, working on major portfolio instructions and advising global multi-nationals.Through our membership of PAI we have access to a network of local property specialists in all parts of the British IslesMcConnell Chartered Surveyors was named in the annual Estates Gazette /&nbsp; EGi Deals Competition as Northern Ireland's most active agent in both the office and industrial property categories in 2013, and as the second most active agent across all sectors in the 2014 Deals Competition</p>
