Traditional cottage with 6.8 acres of land located approximately 3 miles from Swinford town. The cottage is derelict and in need of complete renovation. It is set back from the road with a charming old driveway leading down to the house. It is a traditional three-roomed stone cottage (2 bedrooms and a living room). There is an electrical supply coming to the house but it is not connected. There does not appear to be a septic tank in-situ. There is a lean-to extension to the rear of the house which was used as a kitchen and contains a sink but we cannot confirm if there is a water supply to the house. Albeit in poor condition, the cottage appears generally dry inside. The cottage has not been lived in for a number of years and is overgrown with trees and bushes around the house. This property has a lot of charm and would be a great project for a DIY enthusiast.
