A large, spacious, detached, well-presented house.The property is situated on the track of the famous North West 200 race course and you can comfortably watch the race from the garden. There are a number of local amenties near by including Lidl's and Eurospar. The Royal Portrush golf club and Rathmore golf club, are 5 minutes away. Enjoy horse riding at Maddybenny stables or surf lessons on the East or West Strand beach. Visit the famous Barry's amusements and eat at Ramore head restaurant all within walking distance.
The accomodation comprises of five double bedrooms, two of which are en-suite. The bedrooms are all upstairs, as is the separate main bathroom. One of the en-suite bedrooms have been turned into a games room with a full size pool table and a double sofa bed.
