The property is located beside the famous start point of the NW200. It is approximately 20 minutes walk to the cafes and restaurants on the Promenade in Portstewart. Portrush can also be reached on foot along the lovely coastal path and it would take 30-40 minutes walk to Portrush. Both towns are a short drive away and the house has off-road parking for up to 3 cars.
The accomodation comprises of two bedrooms downstairs, one being a king bedroom and the other a double bedroom. There is also a shower room downstairs, making it suitable for people with limited mobility.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms all with double beds . The master has an ensuite and two of the bedrooms have stunning sea views. There is also a family bathroom upstairs.
Fantastic kitchen with feature ceiling with stunning lighting. The large kitchen/diner is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave and ironing facilities. A high chair is also provided. There is a cosy sofa area off the kitchen with a warm and welcoming real fire. The kitchen has two patio areas, one at the back and one with beautiful seaviews from the front.
This house has free wifi and includes bedlinen and towels.
The garden wraps around the back and side of the house and is fully enclosed at the back. There is also the patio areas one having stunning seaviews.
