To ensure the accuracy of our information and create a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for our users, we have a few rules and guidelines that apply when advertising with us. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding these policies, along with any applicable laws and regulations outlined in our general website Terms and Conditions.

Featured, Premier Listings & Premier Boost

What you are getting:

a) Featured Listing

A featured property listing will be randomly displayed in one of the four reserved spots at the top of the search results page for the purchased search terms during the purchased date ranges. The featured property listing will be larger than a standard listing, and will be marked as a featured property. Featured properties will also be displayed normally within the standard search results, in addition to the featured listing. A featured property will additionally receive one boost per week during the featured period on a Monday morning. The Featured Listing product is currently only available to purchase online via PropertyPal. 

b) Premier Listing

The Premier Listing is a one time purchase. The Premier Listing will be more impactful than a standard property listing or a Featured Listing. It will include a larger main photograph plus three additional photographs for PropertyPal listings and two additional photographs for Propertynews listings. It will be marked as a Premier Listing for the lifetime of the listing. The purchaser can select which four images will display on the listing in the search results. The order of the images set will only change the search results and not impact the order of the images in the property detail page.

When a Premier Listing is purchased on PropertyPal, the equivalent listing on Propertynews will also benefit from an enhanced advert, and vice versa. The Premier Listing will automatically receive a push to the top of the search results four times: the first push will occur upon completion of the purchase, and the remaining three will occur on the weekly anniversary of purchase at approximately the same time of day (i.e., on day 0, day 7, day 14, day 21).

c) Premier Boost

A Premier Boost can only be purchased 28 days after a Premier Listing has been purchased. The Premier Boost will automatically receive a push to the top of the search results twice: the first push will occur upon completion of the purchase, and the remaining push will occur on the weekly anniversary of purchase at approximately the same time of day (i.e. on day 0 and day 7). A second Premier Boost can be purchased 14 days after the first.

When a Premier Boost is purchased on PropertyPal, the equivalent listing on Propertynews will also benefit from the push to the top of the search results, and vice versa.

Restrictions

• Your featured property listing is only guaranteed to show up for exact matches of the purchased search term (e.g., "Belfast"). It may also show up under other inexact matches (e.g., "Apartments in Belfast"), but this is at our discretion and is determined by the complexities of the searching algorithm. Searches for individual town names are the most common type of search on our site.
• Any featured property listing will only display for the purchased time period of each booking. Any Premier Listing will display for the entire lifetime of the property. If your property is removed from our property listings by the Estate Agent (either by archiving or hiding the property), or if the Estate Agent's account is suspended for any reason, it will not show up anywhere in our property listings, including the featured property listings.
• If your property is set to sale agreed, sold, let agreed, or let, it will not be displayed by default on our property listings; it will only be displayed if the user selects to view that status of property from our advanced search options.
• If the estate agent that manages your listing removes images or uploads new images, your selected images may be replaced with the first three images of the property. If this happens and you wish to re-select the order, you will need to contact our support team at [email protected] or your estate agent.

Information

Should any details regarding the property be incorrect or misleading, please inform your estate agent immediately and request any appropriate amendments.

Fees and Refunds

• All prices are quoted clearly at the time of purchase.
• Prices for search terms for a Featured Listing may vary depending on availability and popularity.
• A minimum spend is required per featured listing transaction.
• All purchases are subject to a valid payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, authorised agent's account, Apple Pay, or Google Pay).
• A purchase on an agent's account can only be made by an authorised member of the advertising agent’s branch.
• All Featured and Premier Listing fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by law to provide a refund.

Breaches

Any breach of these Featured, Premier Listings & Premier Boost Terms and Conditions may result in the removal of the advertisement without prior notification.
