Property Summary This well-positioned detached bungalow is tucked away in the peaceful and sought-after townland of Clavinstown, just outside Drumree. Built in the early 1970s, the home offers generous proportions, a functional layout and huge potential to renovate, modernise or extend (subject to planning permission). There is excellent potential to landscape or extend (subject to planning permission), and the garden’s size and orientation make it ideal for outdoor living, gardening, or even adding a home office or studio. With countryside views and peace all around, it’s a space that could easily become a real sanctuary.
