Travel this road for 7 km.
At T junction, turn right and drive over bridge.
Arrive into village of Coachford.
At junction, turn left.
Travel 3 km along this road.
Watch for entrance to O`Regan Precast on the LHS.
Pass this entrance and take next right.
Travel 200 yards and the house is on the LHS above the road.
