The Department for Communities (the Department) invites proposals for the development of lands at 308-312 Shankill Road, Belfast, BT13 2BN. Proposals should be submitted not later than 12 noon on 4 September 2025.
The overall objective of this competition is to promote sustainable urban regeneration by selecting a high-quality development proposal that also meets the Department’s regeneration objectives for the local area. In seeking to work in partnership with the private sector, the Department recognises the contribution that this sector can make to urban regeneration in terms of innovative, high-quality design, professional expertise and financing.
