Standing on 0.75 of an acre approx, the property is flanked by lawned gardens and has an ample size tarmacadam driveway.
Inside, the property is spacious and well laid out. The living room is to the front and has an open fireplace and is a most impressive and bright room. The kitchen/dining room faces the rear garden and is homely and well equipped with an adjoining utility room.
Originally a 3 bed house, the property was recently adjusted to 2 bedrooms to extend the size of the master bedroom.
