From Longwood head out R160 past the Longwood Gaa, and take the next right. After c. 2km take a left onto the Stoneyford road. The property is on the right after going over the River Boyne bridge.

From Ballivor head out the L4016 Kinnegad road, after c. 4.5km continue onto R161 heading towards Killyon Gaa. Turn left onto L80301 just before Killyon Gaa. At the end of this road turn left, the property will be on the left after c. 300 metres.
