  • Very Scenic
Three-bedroom detached cottage situated in the picturesque townland of Cullinaughton, Callow. This property is in a wonderful, peaceful setting, and is surrounded by beautiful countryside walks, which incorporates the stunning Callow lakes.

The house, built in 1890, is constructed of stone with a pitched roof. It is heated via oil-fired central heating as well as a solid-fuel range, and there are single glazed windows throughout.

The house sits on a large holding of around 15 acres of land, which is in two divisions. The land around the house is of very good quality with site potential along the road for an additional house. The land to the north of the house is more marginal and may be suitable for forestry plantation. There is an open shed beside the house and a selection of outbuildings with cattle handling facilities.
