I can’t log in to the system, what do I do?

Please ensure that you have clicked on Estate Agents Login at the bottom of the form on the Login page.

When you click on Estate Agents Login you will be taken to the screen below. Please enter your normal PropertyPal username and click “Log in via Password” you will then be able to enter your usual password.

Alternatively, you can log in using your email address and your usual password.
If you have forgotten your password, please click the Forgot Password link and follow the instructions there.
