BOOKING PROCEDURE: Upon a site being secured, a holding deposit shall be paid of £500.00 made payable to Seventh Developments Ltd, £300.00 of which is non-refundable.The proposed purchaser is expected to provide details of their Solicitor. Decision in principle/proof of funds and two forms of identification for each purchaser. The title documents and contract will be transferred from the Vendors Solicitors to the Purchasers Solicitors. In the event that said paperwork has not been signed and returned along with a deposit to the Vendors Solicitors within six weeks, the Developer retains the right to place the property back onto the market for sale.
