The property comprises an area of agricultural land and commercial forestry 14.85 hectares in area with good access onto a quiet country lane serving local farmers and residents. Of the total area approximately 4 hectares are good quality agricultural grazing or meadowing land with the remainder being a mix of coniferous and broadleaf (Ash) plantation. The trees were planted over 20 years ago and have largely grown well.
