Traditionally built in red brick, with 6” fully insulated cavity construction.

These houses are finished with Black uPVC fascia, barge and soffit.

A grey flat slate roof tile will be used and black seamless guttering.

White uPVC double glazed windows frames and a composite front door also enhance the ability for the houses to save energy.

Driveways will be finished in tarmac and estate railing. A selection of coloured paving will cover the rear patio area.

Front and rear gardens will be turfed and ready for you to create your personal space outdoors.

Peace of mind will be provided with a NHBC 10 Year Structural Warranty.


Internal

Our homes are fired with Energy Efficient Natural Gas Central Heating and a boiler providing instant hot water.

A generous provision of power and TV points are provided throughout the house. This includes feature down lighting in selected areas.

All bathrooms and ensuites will be fitted with contemporary white sanitary ware with chrome fittings & chrome towel radiators.

For safety and convenience, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed and houses will be wired for a security alarm.

External lights are also fitted at all front and back doors on the main dwelling.
