Stunning seafront town-house, slap-bang at the heart of Portstewart's promenade. Three floors of sea-views comprise two en-suites, two further bedrooms and a large, modern open-plan living area all over-looking the North Atlantic and Donegal's Inishowen peninsula. There is a spacious family bathroom and a first floor toilet in addition to the en-suites, a utility area and a kids play/media room that has a sofa bed that can be readily converted to create a fifth double room upon request only for small children only.

Decorated with subtle and muted tones, a mix of modern and traditional furnishings, local art, crafts, woods and fabrics, North occupies the enviable position of being neighbours with perhaps Portstewart's most famous attraction – Morelli's ice-cream parlour. The view from all sea-facing rooms take in Dominican College, Mussenden Temple, Benone Strand and Donegal's Inishowen peninsula.

This beautiful holiday home occupies the top three floors of an original Portstewart townhouse, with a flight of stairs leading from the Promenade entrance up to the first floor reception hall. All floors are either wooden or tiled, including the fantastic bespoke kitchen that has granite worktops, dishwasher, double oven and electric hob. The heating operates on a three-tiered system which allows the apartment to be heated differently on each floor.

 It also has USB sockets in the main en-suite bedrooms. North is bright and airy, but innovative lighting makes sure it stays that way when the sun goes down, such as floor lit stairs and main TV wall. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble drier, with a high chair, travel cot children's toys and games (including games console) for young families and a hair drier can be found in one of the en-suites. 

The first floor has 2 en-suite bedrooms ( 1 king & 1 double, Top 2nd floor has 1 king and 1 double) and the main bathroom.  In the larger king there is also a real cot for an infant.

Off peak weekends £300 per night , minimum 2 night stay. Off peak weeks from £1200 per week.

Christmas 2023 - £1000 per week.

Easter 2024 onwards weeks available from £1300.  Weekends available from £250 a night 3 night stay or £300 a night 2 night stay. Summer 2024 - weeks at £1500
