By entering, participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.

1. The competition is open to Northern Ireland residents aged 18 years and over.

2. To enter the prize draw, complete the survey and provide your name and email address in the optional prize draw entry form before 5pm, Friday 17th July.

3. Entry to the prize draw is optional and is not required to complete the survey.

4. One winner will be selected at random after the closing date and will receive a £200 IKEA voucher.

5. The winner will be contacted using the email address provided. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner may be selected.

6. Personal data provided for the prize draw will only be used for administering the draw and contacting the winner, unless you separately agree to receive marketing communications.

7. This competition is jointly promoted by Co-Ownership and PropertyPal. 

8. Entries must be submitted by an individual (not via any agency or similar) and, unless otherwise stated, entries are limited to one per household.

9. Employees of PropertyPal and Co-Ownership, their families or agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from winning the competition.

10. All elements of the prize are subject to availability, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.

11. The prize will be delivered to the agreed address of the winner. No prizes can be re-issued if lost.

12. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta. By entering, participants confirm they are providing their information to the promoters and not to Meta.

13. The promoters reserve the right to vary, alter or terminate this promotion due to unforeseen circumstances. The decision of the promoters is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.

14. The promoters will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
