Alpha provides specifically designed apartments or bungalows for older people and couples.

Our sheltered housing enables older people to live independently and privately in their own property within a safe, friendly and supportive environment.

Each of our schemes has a Scheme Manager. The Scheme Manager's primary role is to provide person-centred housing support to each tenant in a way that respects their dignity and confidentiality while promoting independent living.

To enable our tenants to feel safe each property is fitted with an emergency, 24-hour Connect 24 call system. When triggered, this alerts either scheme-based staff or Connect 24 call advisors who will respond and provide assistance.

All Alpha accommodation is self-contained, but with the added benefit of communal areas such as a lounge, laundry room and garden in the majority of our sheltered schemes. We encourage tenants to participate in the broad range of social activities within their scheme and also in the wider community through organised events and activities.

Montgomery Manor is Sheltered Accomodation for those aged 60+. Sheltered Housing is independant living with a Scheme Manager employed by the Association to ensure that tenants receive any support that they require.

The Scheme Manager also organises coffee mornings, lunch clubs and social events to help encourage tenants to socialise and to help reduce social isolation amongst older people.

There is parking available at the scheme.

The scheme is close to local amenities such as shops, chemist, take away restaurants, places of worship.
