The largest sand dunes in Europe are also in Malin, known as Trawbreaga Bay and further scenic dunes at The Five Finger Strand. With the widespread scenery at Malin`s doorstep it is understandable that Star Wars: The Last Jedi, was filmed on location here in 2016, bringing tourists and movie buffs alike to the area.
