PLANNING

The subject falls under the ambit of the Ards and Down Area Plan 2015 and is designated as zoned for housing (BH13). Planning Ref: R/2011/0648/F - Housing Development 42 No. Units Permission Granted: 30th October 2014, however since this planning approval was granted, a further investigation into flood plains has revealed that approximately 1/3 of the site will be affected.
