A newly refurbished family friendly 2nd floor apartment with a stunning sea-view overlooking the golden East Strand beach. Centrally located in Portrush with shops, bars and restaurants on the door step, this apartment is in a fantastic location to enjoy all that Portrush has to offer. Also, a short drive away is the world famous ‘Royal Portrush’ golf course and popular tourist attractions such as the Giants Causeway, Portballintrae, Dunluce Castle, Carrick-A-Rede rope bridge and Bushmills Distillery.
This bright and contemporary furnished property has an open plan lounge/kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, dish washer, washing machine, oven/hob, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and sandwich toaster offering a home from home experience.
The accommodation comprises of one double bedroom (with double bed) and one twin room (with two single beds). For flexible sleeping arrangements there is also a premium quality Jaybe single folding bed for use in the lounge. A cot and high chair can also be provided on request and an extensive range of family board games are provided. For TV entertainment you can access your own TV subscription accounts (e.g. Netflix) via the smart TV. Prams or pushchairs can be safely left in the foyer area of the apartment block.
A welcome tray of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits provided.
*Please note that the communal entrance and stairway has been prepped for refurbishment but the actual start date has now been postponed until after the summer.
*There is no lift therefore the apartments suitability for you will need to be considered
Street parking is nearby and Portrush train station is about a five minute walk
Strictly no smoking, vaping or pets inside the property
No parties (including hen or stag do’s) or group bookings allowed, quiet time after 11pm.

Short lets are not available in the Summer holidays or NW200. A 7 night minimum stay is required during this period with Saturday changeovers.
