The day after a property has been listed on PropertyPal, you can see how many people have viewed the property and its ranking in the area.To access this information please click onto the property and scroll down the page towards the bottom. &nbsp;Here you will find a Property Statistics graph with the information you are looking for:<figure class="image"><img src="/media/Views_1_e87f4a3b95/Views_1_e87f4a3b95.png"></figure>Please note, the statistics are updated at midnight each day so run in arrears.&nbsp;

PropertyPal is a property portal advertising properties on behalf of estate and letting agents across Northern Ireland. We only have access to the information of the property that’s provided by the agents, visible to you on the website.&nbsp;We would, however, recommend you contact the estate agent marketing the property, as they will have all the information you need. You will find the agents contact details below the property itself.&nbsp;Click onto the property you are interested in.&nbsp;Below the photos you will see an Estate Agent's logo and below that you will see 2 buttons:&nbsp;<img src="/media/More_Info_1_9957d6d405/More_Info_1_9957d6d405.png">&nbsp;You can choose to Call the Agent, clicking this button shows the telephone number of the agent.Or alternatively you can complete a short form which will be sent directly to the agent for you:&nbsp;<img src="/media/More_Info_2_d42db19c86/More_Info_2_d42db19c86.png">Simply add your&nbsp;details and either use the pre-filled information or type your own question.&nbsp;The agent marketing the property will receive your query and come back to you.&nbsp;

To have a property removed from PropertyPal, simply contact the estate agent you bought the property from and ask them to remove it. &nbsp;If the agent does not remove your property, please submit the form below with the property details (address, estate agent name) &nbsp;and we can then contact the estate agent on your behalf.&nbsp;

If your property is showing in a different location, please accept our apologies.&nbsp;Our system does its best to locate the map marker as close to the correct position as possible.&nbsp;Occasionally, the system gets it wrong, particularly for new builds, or properties relatively newly built.In these cases, the best thing to do is to contact your Estate Agent.&nbsp;Every Estate Agent has access to PropertyPal and can add, edit and update any of their properties at any time.You just need to ask your Estate Agent to re-position our map marker to the correct location and your property will immediately update.&nbsp;

We receive the Broadband information from Ofcom who publish the available speeds for all providers.&nbsp;Occasionally this information is slightly out of date, given the upgrades currently being carried out across NI.If you feel the Broadband speed is incorrect on your property, please let us know the speed you are currently receiving and also the provider by completing the form below.&nbsp;We will verify the speeds available with the provider and update the website if applicable.&nbsp;

We rely heavily on our customers to ensure that as many relevant details are available for every listing. All of the estate agents who list with PropertyPal.com have control over all of their properties, and can add, update, amend or remove any of their listings at any time. Therefore, we can only publish the listings with the information the estate agents provide.&nbsp;We recommend you contact your agent and notify them of the incorrect property details so they can be amended.

We receive the Rates information from LPS on a monthly basis.&nbsp;If you feel that the Rates amount showing on your property is incorrect, please let us know by completing the form below.&nbsp;We will verify this with LPS and update the amount if applicable.

Due to the quantity of schools and their specialities, we have split these into sectors. &nbsp;Please choose the type of school relevant to you from the dropdown.<figure class="image"><img src="/media/Schools_80842eeaad/Schools_80842eeaad.png"></figure>You can also expand or reduce the radius from your subject property.If you are still unable to see an expected school, please contact us using the form below and we will investigate this for you.
