Don't worry, happens to the best of us. Have a look at our login page, and follow the link to our password reminder page. You can simply enter your email details to receive a new password directly into your inbox.
I have entered the wrong property address and it won't let me change it?
We have a two hour window for changes to property addresses after they are entered. If you have missed your chance, or spotted errors later on - simply use our contact form, and our speedy support team will help you out.
I want to feature a property?
Featuring a property can give it a much needed boost in views and enquiries. Featured properties are listed in the thousands of email alerts that we send to our customer base, and highlighted at the top of searches performed by our users. The process is simple - just follow our easy steps.
I archived a property and restored it as it has become available again but it is not showing at the top of the listings?
Archiving a property can be thought of as a way of temporarily hiding a property from PropertyPal, restoring from archive simply puts your house back in order, keeping all data, including time listed, and details surrounding the property as they were. To show at the top of listings, you will need to start a brand new listing from fresh. You will be charged for this considering the additional exposure that being at the top of the listings brings.
My properties are uploaded via a feed but some are missing or information is not updating?
Feeds, whilst convenient, unfortunately have their problems. For example, photo quality can be affected, particularly if the source image in the feed is smaller than our website, and additional features we provide to improve listings - such as videos are often left out of the feed. Sometimes feed providers and management system don't accurately validate their data, and send us incorrect details, resulting in us having to validate on our side.
If you are having problems with particular properties, the best course of action is to contact us in the first instance. For all but the larger agents with thousands of properties, to get the full experience of PropertyPal, we recommend manually listing so all aspects of the listing can be controlled.
My address or other contact information has changed?
You can control your address and contact information directly within our Estate Agent login area, however you may prefer to get us to handle it. Pop us an email with the new details to email@example.com and we'll get it sorted.
I don't seem to be getting any e-mail enquiries from PropertyPal.com?
This almost never happens, as our traffic is now at a level to sustain all agents who list with us. In the rare occurrence that it does, we've found problems with the main contact email address. May be worth checking that this is working.
Does PropertyPal.com have a property management system?
We've no immediate plans to supply a property management system. We've considered the business case, and our core focus is on being the best advertising and lead generation platform in the market.
How can I list my properties with PropertyPal.com?
If you haven't already got an account with PropertyPal, we'll need to set you up one, and take you through some initial training on our agent login section. You can receive a callback from sales by filling in the our signup form.
What does it cost?

*All prices are subject to VAT at current UK rate.
Every property added in any one month period over and above 15, for each property type (Sales and Rentals), will be free of charge.
Rental listings will be valid for a period of 6 months from the date of first listing. An option to renew will be made available near time of expiration. Renewals will be charged as per pricing at that time and will be treated as a new listing.
Sales listings will be valid for a period of 1 year from the date of first listing. An option to renew will be made available near time of expiration. Renewals will be free of charge and will be treated as a new listing.
Exclusions may apply to branches located outside Northern Ireland.
How will I be billed?
You will be billed for your listings on the first of the month following when you last listed.
All of our billing is fully automated via email, currently we don't send paper based invoices. Save the trees!
How can I pay my invoice?
We accept multiple forms of payment with the exception of cash. You can currently pay via credit card or debit card over the phone or internet and via bank transfer or cheque. To pay over the web, look for details on the email your invoice is attached to.
Is there anyway PropertyPal.com can update the properties from my own website to save me doing it twice?
PropertyPal.com has developed a feed format to make it easy for your web developer to send data to us from your website, however this may not be the best option for you, so please contact us and we can explain all of the options.
Can PropertyPal.com build my website?
Yup! We've built hundreds of Estate Agency websites using PropertyPal.com search technology since we started the business, so rest assured we've a wealth of experience in managing the client process, and delivering best of breed websites tailored for the industry that will generate leads all on their own.
Can I advertise my agency on PropertyPal.com?
Not directly, however, once you list with us, our search allows you to find all of the properties listed by your agency, and we provide details about you as the business on the property details page. The promotion of agencies on PropertyPal.com directly we feel would create an un level playing field, with the bigger agents likely to financially bully the smaller ones out of the market. This is poor experience for all concerned, including our users and customers.
I have a new development that I really want to push, can PropertyPal.com help me?
There are a variety of new features on our website that can really give a housing development a boost. Contact us for all the innovative advertising solutions we offer.
I have a property that I don't want the statistics to show on, can I hide these?
PropertyPal.com has adopted many features over its lifetime, all with one core objective, to improve the end user experience. We know that if visitors to our site like what they see, they come back time and time again. Many of the features we offer are unique to PropertyPal.com and this differentiates our service. The higher volume of visitors to our site equates to higher volumes of enquiries for the Agents and the best chance possible for property owners to sell or let their properties.
Our system does not allow us to hide statistics information property by property so should this remain unsatisfactory to the client, the only work around currently available is to delete the property and add as a new listing. However please note that this will be charged out as a new listing.
I have a property that I don't want streetview to show, can I hide it?
Unfortunately given that Streetview is an additional feature provided by Google, we can't control this information and it is "as standard" on all listings. We can however adjust the angle that Streetview points, and adjust its position. Contact our technical team for assistance.
I have uploaded a property but the map is showing the wrong area?
If you upload manually, then you can adjust the map pointer manually, and provide your viewers with pinpoint accuracy.
If your information is lifted off your own website, we try to "geocode" the postcode, which can sometimes result in inaccuracy. The same is true for feeds. You can however over-ride this data by modifying it manually within the agent login section.
One of my properties is not showing up when I search under the town?
We define where a town begins and ends manually, regardless of the address input. One of the best ways to make sure your property is found under searches for a particular town is to check the marker position in the first instance.
