Modern, suburban living in the heart of Omagh
Experience the best of both worlds at Eden Wood, an exciting development of contemporary homes tucked away just off Omagh’s Derry Road.
Characterised by mature trees and an elevated location, Eden Wood offers tranquil, suburban living just a stone’s throw from the vibrant centre of this bustling market town.
Four eclectic house types showcase the very best of modern design, tailored to the unique demands of 21st century living and ideal for first time buyers, families and downsizers alike.
About the location
Located in a part of Omagh once known as ‘Toll Gate Hill’, Eden Wood occupies an expansive, wooded site accessed exclusively from the Derry Road and offering unrivalled privacy and views across the Great Northern Road towards the Sperrin Mountains.
Situated just 5 minutes’ walk from the town centre, Eden Wood lies within easy reach of all amenities including schools, shopping, healthcare and public transport. By car, the development boasts convenient access onto the Great Northern road with links to Derry-Londonderry and Belfast, making it an ideal choice for commuters. It’s also located close to the junction of the new Strathroy Link Road, due for completion in 2019, which will improve connectivity around the northern side of Omagh via a new bridge over the River Strule.
About the development
Occupying a pocket of lush, green countryside within the town boundary, Eden Wood offers an unusual opportunity to enjoy laid back, suburban living within minutes of the town centre.
Accessed via a single entrance which opens onto Omagh’s Derry Road, the development has no through traffic making it a peaceful and safe space for residents. Central to the Eden Wood concept is the desire to preserve as much of the natural environment as possible, maintaining many of the mature trees on the site and incorporating ample green spaces – some landscaped for leisure purposes, others left as nature intended for wildlife to flourish.
The houses themselves are contemporary in style, with each of the four house types boasting their own design quirks for a bespoke feel to the development. Internally, a high specification and incredible attention to detail further enhances the deluxe, individual feel of each property.
