Briar Lodge, located along the coast road approximately one mile from Schull village, stands on an elevated site overlooking the harbour entrance.  Enjoying wonderful views of the Islands between Baltimore and the Fastnet Rock Lighthouse, whose beam of light reflects on the cottage as it sweeps the water at night.  Wonderful sunsets are an everyday experience.

This house has a lovely, bright open plan kitchen/dining/living room looking out through over Long Island. The new granite counter tops finish this room beautifully.
The Master bedroom has a Superking bed and an ensuite / dressing room and French doors leading to the garden.
Bedroom 2 is a twin bedroom with two single beds.
Bedroom 3 has a queen bed.

The main bathroom has shower, bath, WHB and WC.

This house sleeps 5 people max.

Stunning views can be enjoyed from the patio and garden. Where better to have an evening barbecue, watching the fishing boats returning with their catch and the last sailing boat of the day making its way back into the mouth of the harbour.
