This derelict cottage (known locally as Boyle`s Cottage) stands on a prime site with rugged sea views at Ballyharry on the North Donegal coastline. The property previously has planning permission (00/4906 now expired) to renovate the cottage into a modern and spacious 2 bedroom layout. The area is extremely popular and is near to the beautiful Tremone & Kinnego Bays and the quaint village of Culdaff. The house plan granted had respected the layout of the original cottage and could be suitable a residence (only for locals) in one of the most scenic area s in Donegal. The access to the property is at the rear of the cottage and not over the stone lined roadway (which serves a neighbouring property).

Directions
Directions from Culdaff Village Drive out Moville road (past McGrorys Hotel), veer left at fork, drive c 2 miles, take first left after converted (Old Ballyharry) school house, drive c 0,5 miles, entrance (now overgrown as per map) on left just after fire damaged bungalow. Existing access with stone wall is to neighbouring property and not to this cottage.
