Our final phase at Belsize Gardens is, without question, the phase that we are most excited about.
For this, we made the decision to break the mould, we wiped the slate clean and before we even put pen to paper, we listened. We listened to You, our Clients, whose advice and input we value more than any other.
With a clear design brief we set to work, drawing on all our resources and reviewing the very latest in home construction techniques.
Although our objective was to create something unique, something contemporary, something distinct, it was also important that the final design was not disjointed from the vintage styling of previous phases.
Through careful and meticulous design and selection of materials, the final phase at Belsize Gardens was birthed, with an overarching vintage theme combined with a delightful and inspired mix of contemporary architecture and design.
The natural stone facing to the ground floor of the Wellington is contrasted by the tumbled brick of the first floor to create the illusion of an old stone building that has been extended upwards over time. This paves the way for the injection of contemporary design with a striking front façade and double balconies with cantilevered glazed balustrades.
The contemporary external continues indoors, with open plan living at the heart of the home and a master bedroom with separate dressing room and ensuite, not to mention access to the balcony.
Only one Barn house type will be constructed in Belsize Gardens making it truly unique. Akin to the Wellington, the Barn mixes the old with the new through the use of natural stone and tumbled brick. Externally, the most notable feature is the cantilevered first floor section that not only provides additional bedroom accommodation but also creates an incredibly useful carport below.
Designed around family living, the Barn enjoys an open plan layout that includes subtle divides, such as the chimney breast, to create individual spaces. The generous bedrooms include a Master with ensuite, large dressing room and, once again, private access to a first floor balcony.
