Located on the Wild Atlantic Way and less than 1 km from Maghery beach and village, the property comprises a large agricultural holding extending to 40 Ha. (100 acres approximately), 19.42 Ha. (48 acres) of hill land and 20.84 Ha (52 acres) held in commonage with a 1/11th share. These plots are identifiable on the map on the last page of the brochure.
There is a derelict stone cottage on the lands which, subject to planning permission, could be renovated and refurbished. The cottage has breath-taking views overlooking The Atlantic Ocean. We would recommend contacting Donegal County Council or a local architect to discuss your planning requirements.
