Northern Ireland House of the Year Show 2011

Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen returned to our screens last night to find Northern Ireland’s House of the Year 2011.  The competition is open to all house types, from the grandioso with modern twists to the more traditional family home. As with last year, the judging panel comprises of Architect Des Ewing, Estate Agent Michael Dunn, and Interior expert Suzanne Garuda. With 18 homes are visited in total throughout the series,  only one can be crowned Northern Ireland’s House of the Year at the end of the Series. Read the rest of this post »

Northern Ireland House of the Year – Co. Down

Continuing on from shows one and two – the third ‘Northern Ireland House of the Year show’ was set in Co. Down, with showhouses located in Banbridge, Cultra and Ardmillen respectively. Two of the homes had loughside views of Strangford.
