Bladon & Co. Property Consultants, one of Northern Ireland’s fastest-growing residential property companies, has re-located to new state-of-the art offices at 677 Lisburn Road, Belfast as part of the company’s expansion programme. Formed in 2009, Bladon & Co. initially operated mainly within the residential lettings market, however, the company has recently launched a sales division specialising in prime residential property across Northern Ireland and has ambitious plans to double its existing workforce within the next twelve months.
The Northern Ireland Executive is pumping an extra £40m into a co-ownership housing scheme, over the next three years, Finance Minister Sammy Wilson has revealed.
