Property Consultants, one of Northern Ireland’s fastest-growing residential property companies, has re-located to new state-of-the art offices at 677 Lisburn Road, Belfast as part of the company’s expansion programme. Formed in 2009, Bladon & Co. initially operated mainly within the residential lettings market, however, the company has recently launched a sales division specialising in prime residential property across Northern Ireland and has ambitious plans to double its existing workforce within the next twelve months.

£3.25m scheme to help first time buyers get on the property ladder
Posted: October 21st, 2011The social development minister has this week announced a £3.25m pilot scheme from Co-Ownership Housing to help first time buyers get on the property ladder. Nelson McCausland revealed that the FirstBuyNI pilot scheme is aimed at helping new and return home buyers purchase newly built homes reducing the amount of deposit they need to get on the property ladder.
