Northern Ireland House of the Year Competition!

We’ve got the scoop on a new Northern Ireland property related competition / tv show!

Sent to us direct from the lovely peeps at the BBC Northern Ireland who inform us that Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen is hunting the length and breadth of Northern Ireland for a home that “fills all the senses”.

There is very little criteria to enter, and as long as you are a home owner and your  house is situated in one of the 6 counties in Northern Ireland, you could be elegible to win.

LaurenceLlewelynBowen460Grandure and luxury are not important, but character is. Criteria for the judges includes things such as Architecture, Interior design, External merit and overall appeal.

If you think that you own a property that has a certain “je ne sais quoi”, get yourself over to the BBC website and fill in an application form. They are asking for a couple of photographs of your abode, so you might want to do a quick spring clean before entering.

Closing date is 31st of August, so get your skates on and getting snapping!

More information over on the BBC Northern Ireland site.
