Northern Ireland House of the Year – Photos in full.

Following on from our earlier blog post, Northern Ireland’s house of the year competition burst onto our screens last night in stunning fashion, with three high profile properties in the Tyrone area being showcased.

In case you didn’t manage to catch the programme we’ve collated some of the best photos of the homes, which all have their own quintessential style. The winning home in this heat, was a restoration project near Omagh / Beragh.

We’ll be following the program with interest as the weeks go on, and next weeks program will be covering the Antrim area (including a house in sunny Randalstown!) but for now take a browse at our slideshow containing some of the photos.

The full episode is available to watch over at the Beeb.

    Martha,

I’ve had a look into this for you – unfortunately the stone used on house three (which was the Tyrone winner) – was all reclaimed from the derelict barn / site on which the house was built. Other stone was sourced from the surrounding countryside – so you are unlikely to find it for sale.

If you need any of the photos we have above to go to your builders merchant to try and source something close.. give us a shout.

    Hope that helps,

    Property Pal Paul.

just enquiring about house 1 on the tyrone house of the year programme. I wonder if it is possible to source the wallpaper and rug featured in photo 16. It’s the green/red/brown multicoloured wallpaper. Thanks

Just enquiring about the property just before the opening credits and when Laurence introduces the judges. It seems to be converted stables. Does anyone know where this is?

    Thanks
