Estate Agency of the Year, open to Northern Ireland entrants.

EAA_2009_SUNDAY_TIMESThere is only limited time left to enter the Estate Agency of The Year Awards in association with The Times and The Sunday Times. The awards include regional categories for single office, small and medium sized estate agencies and one of those regions is Northern Ireland and PropertyPal have been asked to try and help find that agency!

Here are just a couple of quotes from last year’s Estate Agency of The Year Awards winners about the effect winning an award has had on their agency this year.

Paul Gillespie, Gibbs Gillespie
Winning The Sunday Times Overall UK Estate Agency of the Year Award has enhanced the credibility of our business. When prospective customers see that you’ve won such a prestigious award, it often sways them to choose you over your competition as you’re regarded as a stable and professional company. We found that winning this Award helped improve staff morale and has also helped us to attract the best new employees. People are drawn to award-winning businesses because they want to work for a winner. We have used the Sunday Times Award logo throughout our marketing program. It highlights that we’re in league with some great companies and remarkable leaders. In almost 20 years, it is probably the greatest award that Gibbs Gillespie has received.”

Gareth Ashington, Ashington Page
We have had our best year ever since winning The Sunday Times Small Estate Agency of the Year Award last November. Not only have instructions directly increased as a consequence (we know this because our customers have told us being a Sunday Times award winner was the key influencer in choosing us over our competition), but also having the credibility of The Sunday Times brand association reassures our customers of our integrity and quality. We have recently earned a £15,000 fee from someone who had not heard of us until reading editorial in a local paper about our award win

Winners and shortlisted agents are able to display their medals, complete with The Sunday Times and The Times branding, on all marketing materials – from window displays and property particulars, to your website and emails.

Enter now and it could be you enjoying the increased instruction levels as more customers recognise you as an award winning agency.
