North West Business Complex is an integral part of the North West Business Technology Zone (NWBTZ) a cross border initiative, funded by the European Union Interreg IIIA programme, promoted by IDA Ireland and Invest Northern Ireland, to market Letterkenny and Derry City in order to create new indigenous and foreign investment.

The Business Complex is a 50,000 sq ft development spread over 4 acres strategically located on the new main Derry to Donegal corridor. It comprises 43 work units ranging from 400 sq ft to 2,000 sq ft, and a 16,000 sq ft business centre that has meeting, training and conference facilities. The complex provides; disabled access, free parking, catering facilities, administrative services and an external designated smoking area.
