External walls are of traditional cavity construction. Traditional Brick and Plaster Render are used for the external finish. Thermal insulation to walls, roof space and habitable areas is provided to achieve a substantial energy saving.

Grey colour flat concrete roof tile. Dry fixed ridge tiles with black chimney pot.

White uPVC, double-glazed with locking latches. Painted MDF cillboard nosed and rebated.
Steel front door with gloss paint finish and uPVC rear door with double-glazing. Ash flush veneered internal doors, with brushed aluminium colour latch furniture. Roller shutter garage door where applicable. French doors opening inwards where applicable.
5" Contemporary MDF skirting and 3" contemporary MDF architrave painted gloss white. Homes with stairways will incorporate ash newel posts and handrails with square balustrades treated with clear preservative where appropriate.
Smooth plastered ceilings. White, insulated, uPVC loft access trap door.
A generous provision of power points is provided throughout the house. Electrical sockets will be positioned to suit individual needs, where possible. Electrically operated smoke detectors are fitted as standard. A bulkhead light is fitted at the back door. A front door bell is provided. N.I.E. connection is paid by Antrim Construction Company Limited. Extractor fans are fitted in kitchens, utility rooms, en-suites, and bathrooms where applicable. Garages will have internal lighting and at least one double socket.
A choice of kitchen door, worktop and handle will be made available for selection at A.C.C. Limited Head Office. A hob, oven and extractor canopy is provided as part of the kitchen selection.

Modern white sanitary ware with chrome fittings will be supplied and fitted. Homes with an ensuite will have a shower tray, shower door and shower appliance fitted. Chrome towel radiators will be fitted in the ensuite (if applicable) and bathroom as standard. Ventilation fans are fitted in the bathroom, ensuite and WC.
Heating / Plumbing
A specially designed gas central heating system is standard in each home. This will incorporate a boiler and there will be radiators in all main rooms. The system is programme controlled to ensure a performance suitable for most individual requirements and to provide a separate hot water supply. There is an external water heater fitted next to the insulated copper hot water cylinder. An outside tap is supplied as standard.
Landscaped areas have been incorporated to compliment your new home and these areas will require continuing management in the future, in order to maintain the quality environment in which you live. For this purpose Antrim Construction Company Limited, have entered into an agreement with the Northern Ireland Greenbelt Company Limited, to maintain these areas. Residents will contribute to this service. The first payment will be made to Antrim Construction Company Limited at the same time as your balance purchase money is paid.
External front and rear doors will be fitted with security locks. All windows will be lockable (except those deemed emergency escape routes). Burglar Alarm system installed to A.C.C. Limited specification.
Front gardens will have a turfed lawn, rear gardens graded and top soiled. Flat top garden edge and treated rail fencing will be erected where applicable. A cobbled effect or bitmac driveway will be provided as standard where applicable.
An initial Holding Fee will be required at Reservation Stage with a further deposit required on signing the Building Agreement. Details will be published on the official price list.
A list of options is available for each house type. Additional options may be considered but will only be incorporated into the property if a binding contract is in existence between parties at the requisite stage of construction. Structural changes cannot be considered.
