RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

If you would prefer to leave the challenges of being a landlord to someone else, we can look after your property and tenants for you. We specialise in property management and manage a large portfolio of residential properties mainly in the North Down area.

We offer two levels of service:

1. Our LETTING SERVICE is designed to find a tenant, process their application and install them in your property.

 &bull; Advertising your property both locally and on the internet.
 &bull; Take up references and carrying out credit checks as appropriate.
 &bull; Interviewing and selecting tenants. Arranging and carrying out viewings.
 &bull; Collecting the first months rental in advance and the security deposit.
 &bull; Drawing up a tenancy agreement for signature.
&nbsp;

2. Our FULL MANAGEMENT SERVICE includes the above and also offers:

 &bull; Periodic property inspections.
 &bull; Administer routine repairs and maintenance.
 &bull; Renew all documentation.
